MISSION

Provide support to the Finance department in general accounting tasks, closing tasks, and help with the preparation of financial reporting.  Ensure the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable invoices.  

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and directly assist in the purchase to pay process
• Manage the fixed assets process and related closing tasks
• Support the Accounting Manager in the preparation of monthly reporting and the annual financial statement 
• Maintain accounting controls and recommend process improvements
• Help in adhoc cost analyses

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Completed commercial training in accounting (apprenticeship or commercial school) with solid accounting knowledge, or similar level of education
• 4-6 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of Oracle is required

• Swiss or EU national or holder of a valid Swiss working permit.
