MISSION
The mission of the job holder will be to bring technical expertise to the refinery's Environmental and Quality Management System, manage projects and participate in the production of action plans and reporting. Within the ESG/HSEQ team, her/his role will be to coordinate specific projects related to the Group's ESG global strategy.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality and Environmental Management
- Manage, implement and continuously improve the existing HSEQ System
- Participate in process and procedures improvement and development
- Support the interaction with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Institutions, auditors)
- Support/Manage internal training on the topics of direct competence
- Manage internal reporting and support external reporting on HSEQ performance
- Identify, follow up on non-conformities and develop and implement correction plans
- Act as point of contact for internal stakeholders for all questions related to Quality and Environment
- Participate in the internal auditing process
- Support the team in the day-to-day work
Project Management & coordination
- Support MKS PAMP's short-to-long-term environmental projects
- Coordinate production site carbon footprint measurement and reporting
- Actively monitor production site carbon footprint abatement measures
- Support and implement the management of carbon-neutral and carbon-measured products
- Contribute to the development of new projects and campaigns
Reporting and other tasks
- Manage, collect and provide relevant production site information for the yearly sustainability report
- Coordinate with other entities as to MKS PAMP Group's ESG initiatives
- Support the team in the day-to-day work
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Environmental, Chemical or Management Engineering degree (Bachelor's or Master's)
- Chemist or solid knowledge of chemistry is required
- Experience in environmental management is a strong plus
- A background in the precious metals industry and/or metallurgy is a plus

- Excellent organizational skills, structured and with attention to detail

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and in all Office applications; strong focus on data analysis, presentation, and communication
- Working languages are Italian AND English (both a must), other national languages are a plus
