MISSION
The Client Relations Officer will ensure that premium services are delivered effectively and efficiently, in close collaboration with the Sales and Production teams, the other members of the Client Relations team, and other Company stakeholders.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
- Daily contact & communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Support the client relations team in any aspect of commercial relations.
- Assess the performance of existing accounts & help with data overviews
- Assist the Relationship Manager (RM) in all aspects of new account setup, from communication to building a strong relationship with the customer
- In charge of sales, follow-up of orders & customer service
- Preparation of price quotation & product offer.
- Ensure that commercial terms are systematically updated in internal systems and contracts.
- Interaction & coordination with all internal departments: production, marketing (design, etc.), logistics, operations, legal & onboarding, etc.
- Coordination of customized projects: management of the complete project from design, production, packaging, and marketing material
- Possible visits to customers & participation in International Fair/Convention/Events
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education level
- 3 to 5 years of work experience in sales/client support ideally in the commodity industry

- Outstanding customer orientation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to proactively find solutions to satisfy customer requests and needs.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to details
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Sense of responsibility and initiative
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Resistance to stress and time-pressure
- Agile and flexible mindset, reactive to requests
- Ability to interact with colleagues of diverse cultures, and respect for diversity.
- Good IT skills: proficiency in the Windows environment is expected.
- Excellent command of both English and Italian is required; German and/or French is an asset.
- Swiss or UE national or holder of a valid Swiss working permit.
