MISSION
The mission of the job holder will be to implement a robust ESG reporting system across MKS PAMP Group entities, maintain real-time dashboards, and deliver comprehensive annual ESG reports.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Collection :
- Lead the measurement and reporting of the company-wide carbon footprint, in collaboration with production sites.
- Collect data and integrate in reporting frameworks to share with external stakeholders.
Data Analysis and Management:
- Manage the collection and analysis of KPIs relevant to our ESG Report.
- Clean and prepare collected Data for processing.
- Explore and analyse Data, using critical thinking to extract relevant information for management dashboards and reports.
- Organise Data in a clear visual and understandable format.
Reporting and Monitoring:
- Design and implement an ESG reporting system that aligns with GRI, TCFD, and other global standards.
- Develop and conduct a comprehensive training program for staff on ESG data collection and reporting to bolster company-wide ESG literacy and performance.
- Produce annual ESG reports, that include a double materiality framework and an assurance process, for two of our Group entities.
- Establish and oversee a real-time ESG reporting dashboard tailored for internal stakeholders to track our ESG initiatives.
- Coordinate with experts to refine our ESG reporting framework and guidelines, ensuring best practices and alignment with corporate goals. Lay the groundwork for a robust ESG data collection system, with an initial focus on greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, setting a precedent for future reporting years.
- Supervise the audit process for ESG initiatives and compile best practice analyses.
Coordination and Project Management:
- Coordinate efforts across MKS PAMP Group entities for ESG initiatives and projects.
- Maintain and update ESG-related policies, guidelines, and documentation.
- Administer department-related activities and maintain accurate documentation.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Master's degree or similar level of studies. Focus on sustainability, corporate communication, corporate reporting, and data analytics is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience. Prior working experience in the sustainability sector is an asset.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Proven expertise in reporting and data management.
- Capacity to successfully execute projects, follow through, and secure essential information.
- Persistence and determination when gathering data from stakeholders.
- Solid track record of implementing reporting systems aligned with international reporting standards.
- Experience in developing and leading staff training programs.
- In-depth knowledge of reporting and integration practices.
- Autonomous work style coupled with strong initiative and responsibility.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in IT with expertise in a Windows environment.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. French or Italian is an asset.
