Human Resources Officer

MISSION
The Human Resources Officer will contribute to delivering comprehensive and excellent HR services, including employee lifecycle management, payroll and HR administration, while adhering to the framework of employment-related legislation.
This position is based in Geneva.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee life cycle administration
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, offboarding, work authorizations, induction, etc.
- Manage registrations for social insurance, provide comprehensive HR support to employees, issue documentation.
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records through digital solutions, ensuring timely updates to employee data, benefits, and compensation.
- Address ad hoc queries, grievances, and other employee-related issues as they arise.
- Contribute to the evolution of HR policies, strategies, and systems.
- Update HR processes and procedures and ensure they are accessible to all employees.
- Provide guidance on policies and procedures to managers and employees.
Recruitment
- Assist in recruitment efforts, from job postings and resume screening to interview coordination.
- Enhance employer branding through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree level, Certificate in HR or similar level of education
- Proven 3-5 years of working experience in a similar position
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR-relevant laws, policies and best practices

- Curious mind, with a keen interest in challenging established procedures, in new HR practices and technologies;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation;
- Flexible, agile and proactive; able to prioritize;
- Excellent communication skills and high drive;
- Ability to work autonomously;
- Resistance to stress and time pressure;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to interact with colleagues of diverse cultures; respect for diversity;
- Excellent IT skills; knowledge of Excel and digital technologies, including SAAS solutions, is expected;
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and French is required; knowledge of Italian is an asset.
