MISSIONE

La figura sarà responsabile della pianificazione e gestione integrata di tutti i materiali (primari, secondari e packaging) in distinta base, garantendo la disponibilità coerente con i fabbisogni produttivi, l’accuratezza delle BOM e il miglioramento continuo dei processi.


PRINCIPALI ATTIVITÀ E RESPONSABILITÀ

  • Pianificare materiali primari (materie prime, componenti core) e secondari (imballaggi, accessori) per produzione su base MRP.
  • Gestire copertura materiali e criticità legate a tempi di consegna, qualità, modifiche tecniche e priorità produttive.
  • Interfacciarsi con Produzione, Acquisti, Qualità, Logistica e R&D per assicurare l’allineamento tra pianificazione teorica e fabbisogni reali.
  • Ottimizzare scorte, consumi e rotazioni con approccio data-driven.
  • Gestire aggiornamenti e accuratezza delle distinte base nel sistema ERP.
  • Contribuire a progetti di miglioramento continuo e revisione dei processi interni.


FORMAZIONE ED ESPERIENZA RICHIESTE

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia Industriale o discipline equivalenti.
  • Esperienza almeno biennale in supply chain, gestione materiali o pianificazione in contesto industriale.
  • Conoscenza ERP e strumenti MRP.
  • Inglese fluente.
  • Capacità di analisi, orientamento al risultato, flessibilità.

QUALIFICHE E COMPETENZE

Hard Skills

  • ERP, logiche MRP, gestione BOM.
  • Excel avanzato.
  • Conoscenze di base sulla supply chain end-to-end.

Soft Skills

  • Team working, proattività, problem solving.
  • Comunicazione trasversale efficace.
  • Resilienza e senso di responsabilità.
