MISSION
We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to lead the documentation, analysis, and redesign of company processes across departments. This role is critical in ensuring our operations are well-documented, efficient, and aligned with our strategic goals. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between process owners and line managers to capture the “as-is” state and collaboratively design the “to-be” optimized processes.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Process documentation
- Collect and structure process information from process owners across all business areas.
- Develop comprehensive documentation of current (as-is) processes, from high-level (macro) workflows down to detailed (micro) procedures.
- Document internal controls
- Create supporting documentation.
Process Analysis & Redesign
- Partner with line managers to review existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to co-create optimal (to-be) processes.
- Ensure redesigned processes align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and operational excellence.
Collaboration & Change Support
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy-in and ownership of documented and optimized processes.
- Provide input and support for change management initiatives linked to process improvements.
- Act as a key contact for questions or clarifications regarding documented processes.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Operations, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM a plus but not mandatory

- Full professional proficiency in the Windows environment is expected;
- Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English and French is required; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
