MISSION
The job holder leads the Office 365 Administration & End-User Computing (EUC) local team, ensuring end-user support and smooth daily IT operations. The role focuses on optimizing productivity tools, especially within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
The position requires strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, and security/compliance, along with proven leadership skills. The job holder oversees IT service delivery, drives process improvements, and enhances the end-user experience in a dynamic, international environment.
Responsibilities include managing IT service delivery, improving user experience, and implementing best practices in end-user device and collaboration platform management, with particular emphasis on Intune MDM and the Microsoft Security suite.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT technicians, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused culture.
- Define clear goals, provide regular feedback, and manage performance reviews.
- Organize workload and ensure efficient ticket handling within SLA.
- Office 365 & Intune Administration
- Oversee the configuration, administration, and maintenance of the Microsoft 365 platform (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and security/compliance features).
- Manage user accounts, licenses, and security policies.
- Ensure governance, security, and compliance across all collaboration tools.
- Manage Intune MDM policies for mobile (iOS & Android) and Windows devices, including enrollment, application deployment, and compliance.
- End-User Computing & Mobility
- Ensure reliable deployment, configuration, and support of laptops, desktops, mobile phones (iOS and Android), and peripherals.
- Define and implement standards for workstation imaging, patch management, and endpoint security.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce endpoint protection and data security policies.
- Trading Platform Support
- Provide oversight and technical support for business-critical trading platforms.
- Ensure platform stability, access management, and integration with end-user systems.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to address performance, reliability, and security needs.
- Security & Compliance
- Manage and monitor the Microsoft Security suite (Defender, Defender for Endpoint, Security & Compliance Center, Conditional Access).
- Ensure compliance with corporate security policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to endpoints and collaboration tools.
- Service Delivery & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure high-quality IT support services and resolve escalations effectively.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and end-user satisfaction, reporting regularly to IT leadership.
- Drive automation, process improvements, and adoption of new technologies to optimize EUC services.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT support, Office 365 administration, Intune MDM, and end-user computing, with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Conditional Access, Security & Compliance Center).
- Expertise in Intune MDM management for Windows and mobile (iOS & Android) devices.
- Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Security suite (Microsoft Defender, Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, Security & Compliance Center).
- Familiarity with trading platforms and ensuring reliable end-user integration and support.
- Strong understanding of Windows device management, patching, and security tools.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles and service delivery management.
