JOB SUMMARY 

The Account Intern will assist in managing day-to-day financial operations and processes. This role provides hands-on exposure to accounting practices. The intern will gain valuable experience in handling financial documentation and transaction processing in a structured financial environment.

KEY RESPONBILITIES  

• Support in processing sales transactions, client settlements and invoice 
  preparation.
• Prepare and maintain financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Participate in monthly and quarterly closing activities under supervision.
• Assist with reconciliation of general ledger accounts and basic discrepancy reviews.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit readiness and compliance.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
  
  

REQUIRED EDUCATION 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, FinTech or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (e.g., MFRS).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• Internship or coursework experience in accounting or finance functions.
• Familiarity with Malaysian financial and tax regulations is an advantage.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage time effectively.
