Agentic AI Implementation Lead
If you recognize yourself in this profile, and would like to join a multicultural, motivated and dynamic team with excellent values, we are looking forward to receiving your application!
MISSION
MKS PAMP is looking for an Agentic AI Implementation Lead to own the end-to-end delivery of agentic AI across the business. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will identify where AI agents can automate or optimize business processes, translate those opportunities into working solutions, and make sure what gets built is reliable, governed, and actually adopted by the teams it's built for.
You will report to the Enterprise Architect and work as the applied-AI counterpart to that function — bringing agentic AI into the wider technology roadmap rather than running it as a parallel, disconnected initiative. You'll partner directly with business stakeholders across functions (trading, treasury, refining, compliance, back office, and others) to find and prioritize the highest-value opportunities, and with IT, data, and security teams to ship solutions that meet MKS's standards for a regulated environment.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to automate or optimize business processes using agentic AI, working directly with business function leaders to surface real problems worth solving.
• Translate business problems into scoped, buildable agentic AI solutions — own the path from idea to a working, production-ready agent.
• Design, build, and/or oversee the build of AI agents, using a mix of in-house development, vendor tooling, and external partners as appropriate.
• Partner with the Enterprise Architect to ensure every agentic AI solution fits the broader technology architecture, data strategy, and security standards — not a one-off, disconnected build.
• Define and enforce the guardrails every agent must meet before going live: human-in-the-loop for high-stakes actions, confidence thresholds, monitoring, and a clear audit trail.
• Set up a lightweight process for scoring and prioritizing new automation ideas as they come in, so effort goes to the highest-value opportunities first.
• Track and report the impact of implemented solutions — time saved, cost reduced, error rates, adoption — and use that evidence to decide what scales and what gets retired.
• Act as the go-to person across the business for what agentic AI can and can't credibly do, helping stakeholders separate real opportunities from hype.
• Stay current with the agentic AI landscape (frameworks, tooling, vendors) and bring the right options back into MKS rather than defaulting to the first one found.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• 3–6+ years in applied AI/ML, automation, or business process/technology consulting, with real production delivery experience — not primarily research or strategy-only work.
• Has built, deployed, or directly overseen the deployment of AI agents or intelligent automation in a live business environment.
• Strong grasp of business process analysis — can map a messy, real-world workflow and identify where automation genuinely adds value versus where it doesn't.
• Comfortable operating in a regulated, data-sensitive environment (financial services, trading, commodities, or a similarly regulated industry).
• Able to work equally well with senior business stakeholders and technical/architecture teams — genuinely bilingual between business and technology.
• Track record of making a considered call against a popular but weak AI use case, and defending that call to stakeholders.
• Experience working alongside an Enterprise Architecture function or within a broader technology governance framework.
